Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 June 2026

These terms set out the basis on which in:link marketing ("I", "me", Tom Pressdee, trading as in:link marketing) provides services to you. By engaging me for any work, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

I provide digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads management, web design, content creation and social media management. The specific work, deliverables and timelines for your project will be agreed in writing before any work begins, usually in a proposal or statement of work.

2. Quotes and fees

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Fees are agreed in advance and depend on the scope of work. Where work is charged on a monthly retainer, this is billed at the start of each month. Google Ads or other advertising spend is separate from my management fee and is paid directly to the platform unless agreed otherwise.

3. Payment terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing. I reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts. Late payments may be subject to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio and case studies unless you ask me in writing not to. I retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates or methods used to produce the work.

6. Confidentiality

I treat your business information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except where needed to deliver the work (for example, hosting or advertising platforms) or where required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

I work to professional standards, but I cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes, as search engines and advertising platforms are outside my control. My total liability for any claim arising from the work is limited to the fees you have paid me for that work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

8. Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice. You remain liable for fees for work completed up to the end of the notice period. There are no long-term lock-in contracts.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
