Let's talk social

The short version

Social media management means a consistent, on-brand presence that builds trust and keeps you front of mind — content, engagement and community, handled so you don't have to.

The audience is hard to ignore: almost two in three people on Earth now use social media. Source: DataReportal, Digital 2026.

Most businesses know they should be on social media. They just don't know what to do there.

You've probably tried it yourself. Posted a few times, got a handful of likes, then ran out of ideas and the account went quiet for three months. Sound familiar?

The issue is rarely a lack of effort. It's a lack of direction. Without a clear strategy, social media becomes a chore that eats time and delivers nothing.

  • Inconsistent posting that makes your brand look inactive
  • No strategy behind what you share or when you share it
  • Posting for the sake of it, with no idea what's actually working
  • Not understanding which platforms actually matter for your business

Structure first, content second.

Good social media isn't about going viral. It's about showing up consistently with the right message, on the right platform, for the right people.

Strategy & planning

We start with the fundamentals — which platforms make sense for your audience, what content pillars to build around, and a posting schedule that's sustainable. No guesswork, no copying competitors blindly.

Content creation

From writing the copy to planning the graphics and building a hashtag strategy that actually extends reach. Every post has a purpose — whether that's engagement, traffic or brand awareness.

Community & engagement

Social media is a conversation, not a broadcast. I handle responding to comments, building relationships with your audience, and monitoring what people are saying about your brand.

Clear deliverables, not vague promises.

Social media strategy

A documented plan covering your target audience, platform selection, content themes, tone of voice and goals. The roadmap everything else builds on.

Content calendar & scheduling

A month-by-month content calendar with posts planned, written and scheduled in advance. You always know what's going out and when.

Monthly performance reports

Plain-English reporting on what's working, what isn't, and what we're adjusting. Follower growth, engagement rates, reach — the numbers that matter, without the fluff.

Platform-specific content

Content tailored to each platform's format and audience. What works on LinkedIn doesn't work on Instagram — each channel gets the approach it needs.

Common questions about social media management.

It depends entirely on your audience and what you sell. A B2B consultancy has no business spending hours on TikTok, and a local restaurant doesn't need LinkedIn. I'll look at where your customers actually spend time, what your competitors are doing, and what's realistic for you to maintain — then recommend accordingly. Most small businesses do well focusing on two or three platforms properly rather than spreading themselves thin across six.
Consistency matters far more than frequency. Three solid posts a week will outperform daily posts that are rushed and forgettable. I'll build a schedule that suits your business and your budget — typically between three and five posts per week across your active platforms. The key is maintaining quality and showing up reliably, not gaming an algorithm with volume.
Yes. I handle the visual side as well as the copy. That includes branded templates, image selection, basic graphic design for posts, and making sure everything looks consistent with your brand. For more complex creative work — video production, professional photography, bespoke illustrations — I'll bring in a specialist if needed, but for most businesses, what I produce in-house covers the job well.
I can. Paid social (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a separate service from organic social media management, but I run both for several clients. If paid campaigns make sense for your goals, we can build that into the plan. I'll always be upfront about whether ads are worth the spend for your specific situation — I won't push paid media just for the sake of a bigger invoice.
Social media is a long game. In the first month or two, we're laying foundations — building consistency, refining your voice, and growing a genuine audience. After three to six months, you'll typically see meaningful growth in engagement, reach and follower quality. I focus on attracting the right audience rather than vanity metrics. You'll get monthly reports showing exactly what's changed and why, so you always know where things stand.
